Subsidiary of SATA Air Açores, owned by the Regional Government of the Azores. Operates the four smaller Azorean airports not in ANA's concession — Pico, Graciosa, São Jorge, and Corvo. The six larger Azorean airports under ANA/VINCI are PDL, HOR, SMA, and FLW (Flores is in the ANA concession despite being small).
